Jose Leal

A native of Colombia, Mr. Leal was born in Barranquilla and raised in South Florida. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Florida International University in Miami, FL, followed by his Juris Doctorate from Saint Thomas University School of Law, also in Miami, FL. During his time in law school, Mr. Leal was a founding member of the St. Thomas Family Law Association, where he provided invaluable help and support to local families seeking legal assistance.

As the son of immigrants and an immigrant himself, Mr. Leal deeply understands the challenges faced by newcomers to the United States. This personal connection fuels his dedication to immigration law, where he assists individuals from diverse backgrounds in navigating the complexities of the U.S. legal system to achieve their residency and citizenship goals.

Mr. Leal prides himself on establishing meaningful relationships with each client, providing personalized  guidance and support. His commitment to advocacy extends beyond his legal practice as he volunteers with nonprofit organizations to aid immigrants and offer legal services through community outreach initiatives.

Outside of work, Mr. Leal is an avid traveler who enjoys immersing himself in different cultures, broadening his perspective on global issues. He has a passion for agriculture and spends his free time caring for his horses, cows, and dogs on his farm. Through his diverse interests and professional endeavors, Mr. Leal continues to make a positive impact in both legal advocacy and community service.
