Managing Partner / Founder
· A Florida native, Mr. Geffon was born and raised in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area. After graduating from a military prep school, Mr. Geffon attended the University of Denver graduating with a degree in Business Management from Daniels College of Business.
· During his final years in business school, Mr. Geffon assisted in the successful creation of a startup company in the snack foods industry which went on to become a major entity in the meat snacks space. Upon graduation, Mr. Geffon began his career in wealth management and data science in Los Angeles, CA. After a successful five years, Mr. Geffon determined it was time to fulfill his dream of becoming an attorney at which point he moved back to his home state for law school.
· Since graduating from law school, Mr. Geffon has focused on commercial construction litigation, business development and personal injury. Representing a broad spectrum of clients, he has garnered experience in litigation as plaintiffs counsel with transactional law as well as defense counsel for a multitude of accident and injury cases stemming from medical malpractice to auto accidents. Mr. Geffon personally assists each of his clients with various legal matters meaning you will have access to communicate directly with your attorney rather than only our staff.
· Academics aside, Mr. Geffon was an avid tennis and soccer player through high school and into college playing for D1 and club teams and continues to play tennis recreationally. As the athletic and social chair for ZBT at DU, Mr. Geffon facilitated community organizations bringing together inner city youths and current college students for mentorship programs. Additionally, Mr. Geffon is the Regional Director of Operations for Wendy Walk, a not for profit organization dedicated to raising awareness and donations for an extremely rare form of cancer, liposarcoma.
